Customer Reviews and commands

Positive CNA Business Insurance Reviews

  • Super helpful and customer service oriented. Explained my policy, took my payment, and answered all my questions. Thank you CNA-ChiTown!
  • It is the best commercial insurance company and the customer service is great.

CNA Business Insurance Negative Reviews

  • I had CNA.com Insurance for my business. I keep paying for my expensive premiums and, when I get late, they place me on auto debit. CNA.com’s policy covers almost everything from kidnapping to accidents to property damage. I was hit by an SUV when I was delivering and everything in their policy turn opposite. They keep denying coverage and I have to sue to get what is right. It’s a scam. I’m a senior citizen, I have to file bankruptcy, lost my home, lost my business and disabled. DON”T GET IT, BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!!!
  • If I could give CNA negative stars, I would. I used them for business insurance. There communication is poor at best when you do get ahold of them, they string you along for months… 13 to be exact… outright lies claim happened December 18,2021… still waiting for a check! “ checks in the mail” for months! Very unprofessional, unreliable. Avoid it at all costs!! STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO MAKE ME WHOLE!
  • Can’t even pay an invoice bc their website seems like it is from 1995 with no option to pay and then when I call to pay, I get disconnected by live reps, twice.
  • Unprofessional. Poor communication. Lack of follow up.
  • Unauthorized charges, expensive. After trying to hit my business with an unauthorized charge that I stopped, they placed another one right before midnight so it’s hard to dispute. Poor customer service.

Overall Value:

CNA is a top-notch insurance company that offers a wide range of coverage options, financial stability, and exceptional claim advocacy. Although some downsides such as higher premiums and limited availability exist, the positive feedback from customers regarding their claims experience and personalized service is worth mentioning. Ultimately, the value proposition of CNA depends on your specific needs, budget, and industry type.
